I am very proud of the work my staff does at the Collector of Revenue office. They work well together as a team and provide exceptional customer service. This is reflected in our Mission Statement and Pledge to Taxpayers. My staff and I demonstrate our commitment to exceptional customer service and vow to maintain that level. I feel that our efforts here have a direct impact on the public impression of the City of St. Louis. The better job we do here, the better future we make for our City.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Collector of Revenue office is to support essential city infrastructure and services by maximizing revenue collections, instilling public confidence, abiding by and enforcing the Missouri State Statutes and City of St. Louis Ordinances that govern this office while providing exceptional taxpayer service.
As your Collector of Revenue my team and I are so serious about respecting you and the tax dollars we collect for city services, that we have established a taxpayer pledge so you know what to expect when you call or visit our office.
